This course focuses on the development of leadership skills required for successful business management. Students will examine the role of a leader in business, with a focus on decision making, group dynamics management, workplace stress and conflict, employee motivation, and planning. The importance of effective business communication skills, ethics, and social responsibility is also emphasized.
